Other Application components:

Resume:

The resume should include a description of your responsibilities, your career progress and achievements. While one page is preferable, do not go beyond 2 pages.

Recommendations:

1 Letter of recommendation is required. You may register up to 3 recommenders for this application if you consider it necessary.

Recommendation questions are:
1. How do the candidate’s performance, potential, or personal qualities compare to those of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples. (300 words)
2. Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant’s response. (250 words)

Interviews:

Interviews are by invitation only and these are conducted by the admissions committee members, either on campus, over video conferencing or when the admissions team travels to cities across the world during offline marketing events. Some applicants are also invited for the assessment day, which is held in Barcelona, Sao Paulo, Singapore and New York. These are not mandatory to attend. These are a like a group interview, and as the adcom calls only some applicants if they need further information to make a decision. Thus we would recommend applicants to attend this if they have been invited.
